Handa Heavy Industrial Co., Ltd., will strive to continue to earn the trust of customers and other stakeholders by working actively to improve quality and protect the environment in keeping with its status as a hydraulic cylinder and transport equipment manufacturer.
Basic Policy

We will strive to realize improvements, establish unique technologies, and precisely assess the business environment from a global perspective so that we can consistently propose and provide quality and cost performance that contribute to our customers and the users of our products.

Recognizing the need to actively address management issues, energy savings, resource savings, environmental protection, and the risks posed by environmental and other issues so that we can continue to earn the trust of customers and other stakeholders, we will establish and regularly review quality and environmental objectives and targets that are technologically and economically viable for all design, manufacturing and sales processes. Furthermore, we will communicate those objectives and targets throughout our organization, educate our employees about them, and ensure that all employees work to make improvements.

To fulfill our social responsibility, we will observe laws, regulations, and agreements, as well as outside requirements that we accept.

Finally, we will work to improve the performance and effectiveness of our management system based on a process-driven approach in an ongoing manner.

Basic Philosophy
We will build positive, employee-friendly workplaces that are free of occupational accidents.
Basic Policy

To implement the above basic philosophy, we will improve our occupational safety and health performance through the development, implementation, and sustained improvement of an occupational safety and health management system together with all employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.

We will also observe all laws, internal rules, agreements, and other practices related to occupational safety and health.

To implement this policy, we will establish occupational safety and health targets and formulate, implement, and regularly review specific action plans.

Finally, we will work to improve occupational health and safety through necessary educational and awareness-raising activities that target all employees and suppliers.
